Returns
All items are handcrafted and one of a kind. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will be happy to exchange your purchase for store credit within 10 days of receipt.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted on products that are in the same condition as when they shipped (ie. they’re not broken, cracked, or damaged in any way), unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at Courtney@JeanneCeramics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1225 W. Valerio, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email to notify you that your credit is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and emailed to you within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are not eligible for refund or credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged, please email photos of the piece as well as the shipping label to Courtney@JeanneCeramics.com.
